The project provides for the construction of large-panel houses along Stalin Avenue (Type 2), the layout of which is close to the layout of the houses of the series 1-419, but differs from them with a step and a span of structures, which is due to the parameters of the products manufactured by the Magnitogorsk plant of the prefabricated housing construction.
