Constructive measures in buildings under construction exclude the need to use safe depth as a criterion for the possibility of building buildings in accordance with the current “Rules for the Protection of structures and natural facilities from the harmful influence of underground developments in the Donetsk coal basin”, approved by the USSR Ministry of Coal Industry.
